Terese and Rejie's Baby Shower

Wohoo! We celebrated Terese and Rejie's first baby shower last Saturday. Congratulations to this wonderful couple who definitely deserve this gift from God! Brian Miguel turns 1 year old!

John Paul and I went to Monroe last Saturday to attend Brian's birthday party. Brian is now one year old and I can't figure out who he looks like more. I guess the parents (Dennis and Dulce) are just starting to look more and more alike to me. I can't wait to see Brian running around with the rest of the kids. He is such cute addition to their generation. Happy Birthday once again Brian! I hope you received everything you wanted for your big day!

The Great Wolf Lodge

Last Monday and Tuesday, my family and I were at The Great Wolf Lodge to enjoy a few days off from the bakery. The lodge was bigger than I had imagined it to be. When we drove up and around the lodge you can already see some of the enormous water tubes protruding out of the building. I knew we were in for some fun. Despite having many areas for small children to play in, I still had more fun than my son. Go figure! This place was truly made for all ages.

I didn't get to take a lot of pictures because I had too much fun riding the water tubes. By the time we left the water park, I was beat from climbing all the stairs. All I can do was rest. Oh yeah, if you plan on going, get ready to climb. You will be doing a lot of it if you want to ride all the tubes.

Baden Baden

My friend, Tony, asked me last week to go out with some of his close friends. I didn't know that I was the only one that was going to be without a partner. Therefore, my camera became my date for the night. The food was great and the company even greater. They even have a karaoke down in the basement.
