Going to school

Christine is going to school for pastry starting this week. She has been really excited for the past month. I am excited too because she will learn a lot of new things for the bakery. Until we found out about this school I didn't know there are so many different kinds of cakes and how they are made. I've always thought a cake was a cake, but in 2009 that is not the case. In fact, there are thirty something cakes to learn.
